I. Call to Order

II. Roll Call / Attendance
 Present: Amy Boyle, Amanda Francis, Jessica Spinoso, Amanda Magonigal,
Joanna Hillis, Tucker Ratcliff
 Absent: Kenneth Newton, Karon Howard
 Guests/Visitors: Ed Crackle

III. Reading and Approval of Minutes
 Previous Meeting Minutes: Motion to approve by Amanda Magonigal,
seconded by Jessica Spinoso. Passed unanimously.
 Secretary to begin emailing minutes to all members after the meeting.

IV. Reports of Officers, Boards, and Standing Committees
 Treasurer
o Report of Current Financials:
In: $18,592.68
Out: $10,059.49
Totals: GCPA Account: $29,010.84, PayPal: $770
o Overpayment of Fees: A senior has a credit due to overpayment of
$52.50. Motion to approve a refund check to be issued to the parents of
the student by Jessica Spinoso, seconded by Amanda Magonigal. Passed
unanimously.
 Fundraising
o Car wash tickets on sale until October 29.
o Glow Run – November 15 at 6:00 PM. Low registration so far. Registration
closes on October 31. Same day registration is available, but late
participants won’t receive t-shirts.
​ Corporate Sponsorship Levels: Gold Sponsor: $250 - Silver
Sponsor: $150 - Bronze Sponsor: $50
 More corporate sponsors are needed. Biscuit Belly is a gold
sponsor.
 Fleet Feet charges $800 for timekeeping for up to 200 participants.
Running Lane has a similar charge for their services.
 Publicity Ideas: Post flyers at running stores (if allowed), at running
locations (Ken Johnston park), and at gyms (Phaze 3 and YMCA).
Ask middle schools to add flyer to weekly newsletters. Will appear
in Grissom newsletter next week.
Post in We Run Huntsville, Run256, and other Facebook groups.

V. Old/Current Business
 All City Concert: Tuesday, October 28
o Rehearsal: All day October 27 at Trinity UMC
 All State Auditions: Thursday, October 30
VI. New Business
 Men’s Uniform Purchase
o Women’s uniforms were purchased previously to be used for sizing when
ordering uniforms for new members. Mr. Ratcliff would like to purchase
uniform pieces in standard sizes for men, including jackets, pants, and
shirts. Motion to purchase by Amanda Magonigal, seconded by Jessica
Spinoso. Passed unanimously.
 Winter Concert: Tuesday, December 9
o December Board meeting will be moved to December 1 (5:30 at
Starbucks) to accommodate rehearsals on December 8.
