Update #1

​Good Afternoon NYC Travelers!

I am excited to write to you with Update #1 for our trip next school year!  Please see and READ below all new details about this trip before taking action in the things requested.

1. We have had amazing interested in our trip, as detailed on my end by the Pre-Registration numbers.  However, we are just OVER capacity for the amount of travelers that we can take, based on charter bus capacity.  Our goal is to have all students willing and able to travel, travel.  This said, families that have TWO chaperones Pre-Registered are only allowed to Officially Register ONE chaperone, (alongside their student) at this time.  If we have individuals drop-out, those chaperones will be contacted to add-on in the order that they Pre-Registered.

2. We now have our OFFICIAL Registration ready through Sechrist Travel.  Please click the link below to access this registration. ONLY THOSE THAT PRE-REGISTERED OR THOSE THAT SIGNED UP FOR THE WAIT-LIST MAY OFFICIALLY REGISTER.

​Remember that a $100 Non-Refundable Deposit per traveler is due at time of Registration.

Again, families that have TWO chaperones Pre-Registered are only allowed to Officially Register ONE chaperone, (alongside their student) at this time.

3. Registration Reminders:

• Parents/Guardians must fill out the registration for each traveler to ensure accuracy, NOT students.
• All students will room with students in Quad/Triple Occupancy.  Chaperones will be in Double Occupancy - 2 People/2 Beds (unless upgrading to Single Occupancy).  Please mark this on the registration accordingly.  (If students know who they want to room with, this may be typed in the registration)
• Every traveler will be participating in the group flight arrangements.  Please mark this on the registration.

4. Be reminded of the payment schedule:  

• Deposit due by July 5, 2024 = $100 per person*
• 2nd payment due July 30, 2024 = $300 per person*
• 3rd payment due September 30, 2024 = $300 per person
• 4th payment due November 30, 2024 = $300 per person
• 5th payment due January 30, 2025 = $300 per person
• Sechrist Travel Balance due March 30, 2025 = $500
• Grissom Choir Balance due April 30, 2025 = $200

*non-refundable; transferable
Payments made by credit card will incur a 5% surcharge
