Cogratulations to the individuals who were selected to be members of our Advanced SSAA & TTBB Ensembles!  We will have a meeting in the choir room on Tuesday, November 5th, to begin the rehearsal process for these two groups!

All-State Choral Festival Auditions:
The 2024 All-State Choral Festival Auditions will be held NEXT Saturday, November 9th!  More information was emailed & handed out weeks ago, including the Digital Permission-to-Travel Form and the F2.2 Form that must be signed by Parents/Guardians.  Please see the provided paperwork for all information concerning auditions this year.  Students, remember to dress in “Sunday Best” attire, bring all of your music with measures numbered, as well as your F2.2 Adjudication Form.

Choral Accords Date Change
Please mark your calendars for a change in our Choral Accords End-Of-Year Banquet.  This event will now take place on Saturday, May 17th.  Pushing back this event will allow us to not conflict with Dance’s Senior Tea, and Band’s Banquet, alongside fitting better in our student schedules!

Pizza & Pop Location Update
I am thrilled to announce that our talent show/showcase night, Pizza & Pop, will take place in Wesley Hall at Trinity United Methodist Church.  This is an ideal venue for this type of event, and we are blessed to have been given the opportunity to host an event there thanks to the efforts of Trinity’s Youth Group.  Thank you to choir parent Brandon Dick for aiding in the process of Grissom Choir securing this venue next semester!

Sweatshirts are in! For those that ordered a sweatshirt (and have paid the Basic Support Fee, Fundraised, or set up a Payment Plan), you may pick it up in class this coming week!
