Students, thank you all for your patience and cooperation as I was out the last half of this past week.  I am excited to be returning tomorrow to continue preparations for our Winter Concert!

All-State Auditions
The 2022 All-State Choral Festival Auditions are one week from today, on Sunday November 6th!  An email was been sent out with important documents concerning this event, and was handed out to students weeks ago.  Please see the provided email & paperwork for all details.  Forms and payments were due by this past Friday, October 28th.  If there is any student that that has not submitted these items, please do so ASAP!


BELK Sale Fundraiser
For those that participated in our BELK Charity Sale Fundraiser, you must turn in all monies raised and any unsold tickets the next time you are in class, be it on Monday or Tuesday.  Please ensure that when doing so, that you fill out the Check-In Sheet accurately!!


Costa Rica Concert Tour 4th Payment PAST DUE
Your fourth payment was due at the end of this past week, October 30th, to Grissom Choir.  An email was sent out over a week ago concerning this, along with updates for our trip.  Some of you may have received several emails concerning missing payments or registrations.  Please check your email for this information!  For payments, please see your Charms Miscellaneous Credit to see how much monies was raised during the Sheet Sale, Car Wash Sale, & soon to be BELK Sale so that you can then have these fundraising credits be applied to the payment.  For those that did not participate in fundraising, or still have a balance owed, you may either mail in this payment to our Treasure’s address (see below) or you may make a Miscellaneous Payment on your Charms account online.  I have posted the payment schedule below for your continued use:


    Payment Schedule:

• Deposit due April 30, 2022 = $300 per person (non-refundable)
• 2nd payment due June 30, 2022 = $500 per person
• 3rd payment due August 30, 2022 = $500 per person
• 4th payment due October 30, 2022 = $500 per person
• 5th payment due December 30, 2022 = $500 per person
• Perform International Balance due February 28, 2023 = $630
• Grissom Choir Balance due April 30, 2023 = $270
