Grissom Choir Parent Meeting
We would like to welcome everyone to the required Choral Parents Meeting at TOMORROW, August 15th at 6:00pm in the Auditorium. At this meeting, we will discuss the handbook in full, & all information concerning being a Grissom Choir student & parent. This is a requirement for ALL students & parents to attend. New members will also get sized/fitted for their choir uniform this evening as well.  For these new members, I would suggest getting there 15-20 minutes early for this fitting.


Grissom Choir Handbook & Acknowledgment Form
That you to each student & parent/guardian who read the Grissom Choir Handbook and returned the Handbook Acknowledgment Form that was sent home the first week of school.  Please ensure that all students & parents/guardians have read over this Handbook, and sign and return the Handbook Acknowledgement Form by our Parent Meeting on August 15th. This serves as a 50 point formative assessment in PowerSchools for all students.


Basic Support Fee & Fundraising
At our parent meeting, we will discuss our annual Basic Support Fee for all students, as well as kick-off our first fundraiser of the year to off-set this cost (Tidal Wave Car Wash Ticket Fundraiser!). Information about this fee can be found in the Handbook that was sent him with all students. We ask that payment toward this fee be made, or a payment plan be instated at this meeting. Those that wish to fundraise may do so after speaking with our treasurer at the meeting.


Remind
It is a requirement for all students to join Remind by August 15th using the information listed in the handbook, on our website, as well as the powerpoint on Schoology. Parents/Guardians, please join your child's class using the information provided as well. To access the Remind Codes on the website, please visit www.grissomchoir.com/about, and scroll down and join the class that is listed on the student schedule.  This serves as a 50 point formative assessment in PowerSchools for all students.


T-Shirt Order Form Deadline
