Cinderella Musical
This year, Grissom Musical Theatre is producing Cinderella as its spring musical for one more weekend! Besides myself being involved as the Music Director and Orchestra Conductor, we have MANY Grissom Choir students involved on and off the stage this year. I highly encourage everyone to come and see this fun, exciting show in! For ticket information, please visit www.grissomtheatre.org!

Tidal Wave Auto Spa Fundraiser
Two weeks ago, Grissom Choir kicked-off its 4th and last fundraiser of the school year, a Spring Run of the Tidal Wave Auto Spa Car-Wash Fundraiser!  Each ticket can be sold for $10 (valued for the $20 Car Wash), of which $5 will go towards the student’s individual My Music Office Account.  This is an easy and fast way to raise money for Grissom Choir related fees!  Students may pick up a Pre-Sell Order Form to collect names and monies from those ordering.  Tickets will be available upon returning the Pre-Sell Form by NEXT THURSDAY/FRIDAY, April 11th & 12th.  We have a limited quantity of tickets, so tickets are First Come, First Serve!

Spring Concert Final Rehearsal
There will be a required final rehearsal on Monday, April 22nd for all students directly after school. It is imperative that all students are present at this rehearsal in order to figure out how we will be getting on & off the stage, and to have a final run-through with our accompanist. Students that are not present at this rehearsal will not be allowed to perform at the Spring Concert.  Men’s & Women’s Choir students will be dismissed by 5:00pm, Concert Choir students by 6:00pm, & Chamber Choir by 7:00pm.  Please remember that it is a requirement for all Grissom Choir members to participate in our final rehearsals.

Spring Concert Performance
Our Spring Concert is in 2 1/2 weeks! This year, the concert will be on the evening of Tuesday, April 23rd at 7:00pm. Student call time is at 5:30pm in full Concert Uniform (tuxes & dresses). Admission to the concert is $5 for the general public, and doors open at 6:45 for seating.  Please remember that it is a requirement for all Grissom Choir members to participate in our public concerts.

As detailed in previous Weekly Updates, we have various applications for upcoming awards & assessments.  For those that are interested in applying for these opportunities, please visit www.grissomchoir.com/applications and fill out the appropriate form(s).  Please remember, all items re due by Wednesday, April 24th!
