Tuck Everlasting Musical

This year, Grissom Fine Arts is presenting “Tuck Everlasting” as our spring musical.  I serve as the Vocal Director & Orchestra Conductor for the musical, and MANY of our choir students are involved on and off the Grissom stage.  I highly encourage everyone to come and see this beautiful show either this weekend or next weekend.  You can purchase tickets at the door, or buy them online at www.grissomtheatre.org.  I look forward to seeing you there!


Haydn Hits: A Masterwork Concert

Our Concert & Chamber Choir Haydn Concert is quickly approaching!  We will have a rehearsal two weeks from tonight, on Monday, March 23rd @ 6:00pm at Huntsville First United Methodist Church.  Our concert is the next day, March 24th, where student call time is 6:00pm, and the concert will begin at 7:00pm.  Tickets will be $10 per person.  I highly encourage everyone to come and support our Concert & Chamber Choir students this evening!  They have been working extremely hard the past 2 months preparing this concert!


Pizza & Pop

Pizza & Pop is 3 weeks away!  This year, the event will be held at Community Fellowship Baptist Church (7905 Logan Dr SW Huntsville, AL 35802).  For those on Leadership Team, you will be required to report there directly after school at 4:00pm to set up.  Performers, you will be required to be there by 5:00pm for mic check (please make sure you have you $10 per solo or $20 per ensemble turned into the box by then).  The event will begin at 6:00pm, of which tickets are $5 per person (includes pizza, drinks, dessert, and entertainment).  Tickets will be ready to sell this week!  While it is not a requirement to sell tickets this year, I HIGHLY encourage you to sell and support our program and students!


Trip Updates:

European Performance Tour - 7th installment of $177 due in 3 weeks Friday, March 27th.
Nashville Heritage Festival Trip - Meeting this FRIDAY during 2nd lunch to rehearse instead.
