After speaking with the travel company, there are hopes of rescheduling the festival to a later date in May, allowing all students and chaperones to travel. If this does not happen, the trip will be rescheduled for the Fall of 2020 or Spring of 2021. Seniors, you will have the opportunity to try and find an upcoming freshman to take your spot, so that you can receive all monies back. If you ARE able to find an upcoming freshman to take your spot, you will not be able to receive monies back until the Fall/Spring. If you are NOT, you will be able to receive 50% of the total trip cost back to you. All travelers, if we are not able to reschedule, will receive 50% of the total cost back, per company policy. I will be doing all that I can to make sure that we can reschedule, so that no money is lost!
