Parent Meeting Video

Parents/Guardians, I have posted the Parent Meeting Video on our website at www.grissomchoir.com/elearning.  Please take 15 minutes to watch this video with your choir student ASAP.  This video goes into detail about the information listed in our Handbook.


Grissom Choir Handbook Acknowledgement

Parents/Guardians, once you have watched the video, please visit our website at www.grissomchoir.com/handbook and review the Handbook that is posted there, as well as on Schoology.  Once you have done so, please click on the QR code found on that page, and digitally read & sign our Grissom Handbook Acknowledgement in order for your child to continue to participate in choir.  This must be done as soon as possible.


Basic Support Fee

Parents/Guardians, after you have signed, please make arrangements to either pay this year’s Basic Support Fee in full, or set up a payment plan for the remainder of the school year.  You can either pay this on Charms, or via mail to our Treasurer’s House at 2502 Wynterhall Rd. SE Huntsville, AL 35803.  Checks can be made out to GCPA.  If you wish to establish a payment plan, please contact our treasurer, Karen Heller, at [email protected].  If you wish to pay online via Charms, please read below.

Parents/Guardians, please visit our website at www.grissomchoir.com/elearning, to view the Charms video, explaining how to log into your child’s Charms account.  I am also providing a Google Drive link below.

Students, when it is time for you to log into class remotely, please visit the Assignments tab in your choir class on Schoology.  I will post a Google Meet access code that you then will need to click on in order to join the LIVE class session.  Once we have finished with the session, you need to visit www.grissomchoir.com/elearning and view the Grissom Choir Charms video, or visit the Google Drive link.  Please add a comment below the Schoology assignment stating that you have watched the video in order to receive credit!
