Sheet Sale Fundraiser
We began our Sheet Sale Fundraiser this past Monday at our Parent Meeting!  This fundraiser is always a success for students who have participated in the past, and I encourage all students to participate in order to raise money for their Basic Support Fee and other Grissom Choir related fees.  Information concerning this fundraiser can be found at www.grissomchoir.com/fundraising.  For those that are participating, remember that this sale ends THIS Friday!  All order forms and money should be turned into the Grissom Choir Money Box by then so that we can place these orders.


Solo Auditions for Fall Concert
Students, I have posted the measure numbers for the various solos that will be sung at our Fall Concert on Schoology.  These auditions will be held September 2nd & 3rd during W.I.N. class.  For those that are interested, please be prepared by using the practice tracks and PDFs found on the website and on Schoology!


All-City Music
Music for the All-City Choral Festival is in!  For those auditioning, please ensure that the Basic Support Fee has been paid in full, a payment plan has been instated, or that you are fundraising so that you may receive your music and begin preparing for the auditions!


Fall Concert Performance
Our Fall Concert is in two weeks!  The concert will be held on the evening of Thursday, September 9th at 7:00pm. Student call time is at 5:30pm in “Sunday Best” attire.  Admission to this concert alone is free to the general public, & doors open at 6:45 for seating. While there are no assigned seats at this concert, please use your own discretion and select your seats with social distancing guidelines in mind. Groups or family members may sit together, however, please be courteous of others and sit distant from groups & families that are also here to enjoy the concert.  Please remember that it is a requirement for all Grissom Choir members to participate in our public concerts.


Fall Concert Final Rehearsal
There will be a required final rehearsal on Wednesday, September 8th for all students directly after school. It is imperative that all students are present at this rehearsal in order to figure out how we will be getting on & off the stage, and to have a final run-through with our accompanist. Students that are not present at this rehearsal will not be allowed to perform at the Fall Concert.  All students will be dismissed by 6pm.  Please remember that it is a requirement for all Grissom Choir members to participate in our final rehearsals.
